Reacquainted with a feature car from many years ago, the Editor recalls the huge impression that this supercharged ABT Sportsline V6 4Motion made at the time... IN THE 15 years that we've been publishing Volkswagen Driver, and its sister title Audi Driver, we've personally driven, road-tested and featured literally hundreds, maybe even a thousand or more, individual examples of vehicles from the Volkswagen Group, covering a huge combined mileage every year! They range from brand-new models driven on the international press launches, to line-ups at range reviews and driving days here in the UK, as well as numerous week-long road tests, and on more than many occasions we've slipped behind the wheel of highly modified demo cars belonging to tuning companies and to private individuals.
