Revision to the Export Provisions of the Cathode Ray Tube Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to revise certain export provisions of the cathode ray tube (CRT) final rule, published in July 28, 2006. The proposed revisions will allow the agency to better track exports of CRTs for reuse and recycling.
