Quality assurance, civil engineering and erection monitoring as well as perspectives of new materials in power plant technology

Quality assurance (QA) is considered here as a product-related quality assurance service within the scope of a civil engineering and erection monitoring for power plant components. Concerned are tests that are partly made by the operators themselves or by external inspection companies commissioned by the operator. From today's point of view, the product-related quality assurance offered as a service is still greater than it used to be. With the number of enterprises with certified quality management systems increasing since the end of the 80s, expectations on the clients' side with regard to the product quality were patty exagerated.
