THIRTEEN years is a long time, even for an experienced explorationist like Bill Howell, exploration director of Triple Plate Junction plc (TPJ), but the former managing director of exploration activities in Southeast Asia for Normandy Mining, and latterly Newmont Mining, has had to wait that long finally to gain the chance to explore the Pu Sam Cap gold prospect in northern Vietnam.
