Grey water sets SA race club on path to growth

Water availability and its cost has been one of the biggest challenges facing the Strathalbyn Racing Club in South Australia. But all that is about to change with an almost unlimited supply of less expensive grey water from the town's recently established sewage plant. Not only will the supply be guaranteed and the cost cheaper, the scheme being developed at Strathalbyn could even lead to the on-selling of excess water back to the community - local dairyfarmers, winegrape growers and to the local council for parks and reserves watering.
