摘要

Hexaose,p-D-Glcp-(l->3)-[p-D-Glcp-(1->6)]-alpha-D-Glcp-(1->3)-p-D-Glcp-(1->3)-[p-D-GlcH1->6)]-p-D-Glcp,based dimers were synthesized by twofold glycosidation of the hexaosyl trichloroacetimidate with hexylene 1,6-diol,diethylene glycol and trieth-ylene glycol,respectively.Meanwhile,a triose,|3-lD-Glcp-(l->3)-[p-D-Glcp-(1->6)]-p-D-Glcp,based trimer was obtained by glycosidation of the triosyl trichloroacetimidate with a glycerol-derived triol scaffold.
