摘要

Five donor plants of head cabbage of the cultivar Kamienna Glowa and their androgenetic Ro generation derived using anther culture technique were evaluated for their morphological traits, fertility and ploidy level. All donor plants had the same characteristics and were typical for the cultivar in question but their androgenetic Ro generation had diversified morphological traits, fertility and ploidy level. An important influence of the donor plant on investigated traits of androgenetic plants of the Ro generation was observed. The diversity of analyzed traits among these plants manifests the genetic differences between donor plants of the cultivar Kamienna Glowa. According to analysis and conducted observations, the anther culture technique used for deriving doubled haploids of head cabbage is very promising; it allows to obtain from heterozygous material different doubled-haploids and homozygous lines with various morphological traits of high uniformity and ability for generative propagation.
