Can-Eng Furnaces announces sale of business

The former chairman of Can-Eng Furnaces, Mr Wally Bamford, has announced the sale of the business to current president, Mr G John Krediet. Mr Alan Van Geyn and Mr Bamford will remain with the company by serving on its advisory board. The management team of the company will remain unchanged. Mr Van Geyn has been with the company since 1994, and has served as its president since 2005. Under Mr Van Geyn's leadership, Can-Eng Furnaces will continue to focus on long-term growth and profitability in the international thermal processing equipment marketplace.
