A specialist in laser cutting, Baliiu MTC has joined forces with tube handling specialist Bewo, to launch the Bewo/Balliu SLF 110 tube cutting system. The SLF 110 is designed for the 3-4 axis laser cutting of tubes and allows the. loading and linear positioning of 0 110mm and square 80 x 80mm tubes, up to 7,000mm long, from a bundle system. All machine movements are CNC controlled, which directs the laser beam along a pre-programmed path. The coordination between the laser parameters and system movements is also under continuous CNC control.
