摘要

The average-daily indices foralumina production at the Volkhov Aluminum Plant were used as source information. Standard programs were being used on an ES-1045 computer - at the VAMI computer center - to process the statistical data. The procedure for processing VAZ factory data included the following operational stages. 1. The coefficients were determined for the paired correlation r between the extraction of Al_2O_3 centre dot Na_2O_r from sinter and the following technological parameters: the selection of parameters characterized by the following values r>r_(cr), which confirms the presence of a correlation bond (r_(cr) = 0.102 or P = 0.95); the selection of parameters with a larger range of changes than measurement errors. 2. The regression equations were specified in the form of a second degree polynomial for the relationship between the recovery of Al_2O_3 and Na_2O_r from sinter and the technological parameters determining the equation coefficients by step-by-step regression.
