2009 stratospheric ozone protection awards

The Centre for Environment Education (CEE), India, has been awarded the 2009 stratospheric ozone protection award for its contribution towards protecting the ozone layer. CEE worked with the Ozonaction Programme of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) since 1995 and has consistently provided technical assistance for the benefit of national ozone units, industry and other stakeholders in Article-5 countries.
