Feline hyperaldosteronism: treatment and prognosis.

This article discusses and compares two management options, the first one is by applying medical treatment in cats with primary hyperaldosteronism due to bilateral adrenal pathology, nonresectable unilateral adrenocortical neoplasia, or metastatic disease and the second one is by surgical treatment for cats with unilateral aldosterone-secreting adrenal masses and no detectable metastatic disease.
