CFC-free beclomethasone MDIs with advanced HFA technology

Beximco Pharmaceuticals, Bangladesh, offers the nation's first CFC-free beclomethasone MDI, which is based on advanced hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) technology. Azmasol~R HFA (Salbutamol 100 礸) is used as a bronchodilator and provides quick relief. The advanced HFA formulation provides improved MDI performance compared with CFC salbutamol, as its reduced spray force and smaller particle size (below 3 urn) than CFC salbutamol ensures improved drug deposition in small airways.
