IVNA NURSING SURVEY 2011

Established in the 1990s the Irish Veterinary Nursing Association (IVNA) represents and promotes the profession of veterinary nursing in Ireland. The aim of the IVNA is to promote animal health, care and welfare and foster a need to cultivate the highest standard of veterinary nursing through the advancement of professional development and ongoing education. The IVNA work closely with the providers of veterinary nurse education and The Veterinary Council of Ireland who's principal function is to regulate and manage the practice of veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing in the State in the public interest.
