As I have traveled around the beautiful potato growing areas in our region this fall there has been much to be grateful for this year. The weather conditions were favorable in the spring, allowing for an earlier planting and plenti-ful harvest with good quality. We had the typical periods of time with too much rainfall as well as too little rainfall.
