摘要

Dry low NO{sub}x (DLN) technology was introduced to industrial gas turbines in the mid 1980s. This technology eliminated the need for water or steam injection and reduced the operational costs associated with water treatment and consumption. However, the stability of the combustion flame became an issue in such systems. Combustion instabilities can be induced by sudden changes in fuel heating value or fuel quality, large ambient temperature swings or sudden changes in operating load conditions. They can trigger high-pressure fluctuations.
