Polymers get green

A research group at cornell university,Ithaca,N.Y.,has discovered a way to make plastics from carbon dioxide and limonene oxide.The polymer - called polylimonene carbonate (PLC) - has several of the same characteristics of polystyrene,a petroleum-based plastic used to make many disposable plastic products.
