摘要

The energy dependence of the focal spot size, transmission efficiency and output focal distance of a polycapillary x-ray lens was measured efficiently over a broad energy range. An axial scanning method was devised to determine the energy dependence of the output focal distance. The halo effect was studied by measuring the spatial distribution of x-rays with various energies in the beam focused by the polycapillary x-ray lens. Copyright (c) 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
