UK - Above 2.8 tonnes, demand for trucks and vans almost mirrored that of 2011. A total market of 160,000 was just 1.7 per cent below that of the previous twelve months, said Marta Nappo, marketing director, Iveco UK Ltd of Watford at the State of the Nation address in Luton, last month. The truck market above 3.5 tonnes at 45,700 units in 2012 exceeded that of 2011 by 6.4 per cent.
