Access management major early focus for HS2

Contractors soon to begin working on phase one of High Speed 2 will be required to follow a comprehensive route wide traffic management plan to ensure satisfactory project access. Two clear aims are to help keep disruption in local communities down and levels of safety up throughout the build.
