Every industry has its share of unique terms and acronmys. Occasionally, some of these terms are interchangeable, adding more confusion to the alphabet soup mix. When discussing life-cycle principles, however, make no mistake. Terms such as life-cycle agement (LCM), life-cycle costing (LCC) and life-cycle assessment (LCA) are related, but certainly are not one in the same.
