To most people, an electric transmission line consists primarily of wood or steel poles, concrete pads, cable, conductors and wire. Gwen Shrimpton, though, looks at these same lines and sees mostly what is not there - namely pests, rodents, wildlife, overgrown vegetation and a host of other natural and man-made obstructions.
