Apart from some nice cruisers and yachts, the land of the Maple Leaf produces a nice range of trailer boats by the name of Campion. This west coast Canadian brand has been in business for 33 years and sells a lot of its product to the US due to a standard of finish that is more than a match for its big American neighbour. Recently I had the pleasure of catching up with one of these Canadian newcomers through its Australian importer, Blakes Marine of Sydney. Dealer principal, Alan Blake, has been around boats all his life and knows a thing or two about what is a good craft.
