LWB Steinh Productivity increase

The elastomer injection moulding machine manufacturer LWB Steinl presents at the K2013 new technologies that enable according to the company a significant increase in efficiency. The company has announced several innovations in the field of rubber processing (see below), but LWB Steinl also offers some interesting equipment options for the processing of thermoplastic elastomers. As a representative example, the vertical C-frame VCRS 500/115 tc with a vertical screw injection unit will be on display. The modular construction kit of this machine series has been extended to include additional machine platen sizes and thus offers new design margins for the overmoulding of car window glass platens and the seal assembly. Last, but not least, the efficiency for that machine system has been improved too, e. g. by increasing the opening and closing speeds.
