OnFlex S High Temperature TPE from PolyOne was chosen by Mexico's Vacman International SA de CV to replace chlo-roprene rubber in five seals and gaskets used in a wet vacuum. The company sought improved tensile strength and equivalent compression set versus rubber, together with the ability to process the parts on its thermoplastic moulding equipment to streamline manufacturing. OnFlex S High Temperature was able to meet all of the requirements.
