Available in two sizes, the dry blasters use aviation grade solidstrip media to safely remove paints and coatings from machinery, equipment, and all types of surfaces including steel, aluminium, and fibreglass. They leave a clean, unmarked substrate ready for testing or repainting. They operate without peening cracks and can also be used for refurbishment work and rust removal. The blasters, developed for the aerospace industry, operate without the use of solvents or chemicals, making them a safe alternative to traditional wet stripping methods as used in the motor and boat body repair industries. They do not create any spark, making them ideal for use in high fire risk areas such as oil and gas exploration.
