摘要

This paper analyzes the factors that determine the mechanism by which dielectric impurities are electrically separated from vegetable oils. Experimental verification was obtained for localization of injected charge in the electroconvective regions beneath the injection electrodes in an electroseparator compartment. The impurities move from the laminar central zones of the suspension into the charged regions under the action of coulomb forces.
