After a solid day absorbing knowledge from some most interesting technical sessions, delegates went forth in the cold night air to be bussed to Sovereign Hill, Ballarat's famous tourist attraction. As the delegates entered the reception area between two rows of intimidating redcoats kitted out in all their regalia with rifles at the ready, one was heard to say 'We're trained to kill, not maim', which had everyone reaching for a drink to steady their nerves.
