'High skills, high value'

In 2007, a report on the state of readiness of the UK to deal with challenges arising to its further and higher education policy (the Leitch Report) was published. In response, the Government published the 'High Skills, High Value' analysis showing how it expected institutions to address the issues raised by Leitch. In its turn, the OCCA Members Committee commissioned a questionnaire to all email-enabled Members to help the Association develop its own response.
