President's Report

摘要

The much-heralded Distance Learning Package is at last approaching finalization and much of Council's,and the Executive's,attention is on the selection of the service provider.This has not been as easy as first thought.Specific computer technology is required,reflecting the sophistication of the education program.Indeed many well established and long standing institutions have not been able to manage the program without extensive upgrading of their own facilities.
