In the Jan/FEB 04 edition of SCA Journal in "Letters to the Editor" John Samios expresses his disappointment in the outcome of the recent referendum results and particularly in the result of Question 3 where a veto by only one of the five Sections was enough to defeat the proposal.John Laments the lack of democracy in SCAA.
