Rockwood complete acquisition of johnson matthey pigments

Rockwood Specialties Group,Inc.'s subsidiary,Rockwood Pigments(UK)Limited,announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Pigments and Dispersions business of Johnson Matthey PLC for approximately US50 million.The acquisition expands Rockwood's global pigments capabilities with a full range of transparent iron oxide pigments and dispersions,color concentrates and complex inorganic color pigments for the surface and wood coatings,plastics,building materials and printing inks markets.
