It is the intention of Mobil to cease operations at the Port Stanvac Refinery in Adelaide S.A. due to its inability to be competitive with other alterantive sources of supply. This refinery is currently a supplier of some of ExxonMobil Chemical's (EMC) Base Fluids products for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
