A digital camera is a camera that takes still photographs digitally by recording images electronically. Unlike their film counterparts (35mm), many digital cameras can record audio and moving video as well as still photographs. Digital cameras are now found in many devices from PDAs, mobile phones, cars and laptops. One of the great things about a digital camera is that you can display on a screen the picture you just took and decide if you want to keep or delete it. On some cameras with large enough removable storage, you can also store thousands of images, all without the use of film.
