On June 21,2005 Sinopec and Qingdao Port Group held the ceremony for signing the joint venture contract and company constitution of Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co.,Ltd.It is another strong-strong union after the strategic alliance formed with the successful transfer of the 1.8 million m~3 crude oil storage tank in 2001.
