Chongqing Holley to Be World's Largest Artermisinin Producer

Chongqing Holley Share Holding Co.,Ltd.and Kunming Pharma Corp.announced at the same time on July 5 that Holley Group Co.,Ltd.,the biggest shareholder of these two companies,has signed an agreement on the business exchange with Holley Share Holding Co.,Ltd.According to the agreement,Holley Share Holding Co.,Ltd.will exchange its 76.77% equity in Holley Metering Limited for the 29.34% equity in Kunming Pharma Corp.and the 4.01% equity in Wuhan Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Corp.Ltd.held by Holley Group Co.,Ltd.The balance RMB146 million will be paid by Holley Group Co.,Ltd.in cash.
