Second anniversary of Dreamliner launch most successful in history

The team creating the all-new Boeing 787 Dreamliner has made significant progress since launching the program two years ago. Boeing launched the program on April 26, 2004, with a record launch order for 50 airplanes for ANA (All Nippon Airways). "ANA led the way with its launch order," says Mike Bair, vice president and general manager of the 787 program. "Since that order, we have seen a steady pace of additional orders from around the world."
