CHINA: Luohe Xingmao Commissions New Chloride Pigment Plant in Henan Province

Luohe Xingmao Titanium Industry Co. Ltd. (a.k.a. Luohe Simexco) began construction work on its 60,000 t.p.a. chloride-route TiO2 plant in March 2012. The work was finished in August 2013, after 15 months. But then another 15 months was devoted to trial operations, with a series of relatively minor modifications. The new plant has just been declared as ready for regular full-scale pigment production.
