CHILE: White Mountain Anticipates Starting Rutile Production in Q2 2014

Towards the end of January 2012, White Mountain Titanium Corp. (WMTC) issued a detailed update on its Cerro Blanco hardrock rutile project, stating that the company was on track to commence mine construction work in Q4 2012, assuming a satisfactory outcome from the bankable feasibility study by the middle of this year and subject to the completion of funding arrangements. Mine production should commence during Q2 2014. Rutile output should be around 135,000 tonnes in 2015, rising to 200,000 tonnes by 2019. By-product feldspar output will be around 1.5 million t.p.a.
