MDL will also pay a 10% production bonus to the Senegalese Government,based on an agreed net profit interest formula.The Government of Senegal is entitled to a 10% free-carried interest in the project operating company and as such it will receive dividends once the capital costs of the project and associated shareholder loans have been paid-off/recovered.
