ITALY: Huntsman Sets 70,000 Tonnes as Pigment Output Target for Scarlino in 2014

For full-year 2013, the Scarlino plant produced more than 50,000 tonnes of TiO2 pigment. As part of Huntsman's global strategy of curtailing output because of weak demand, one of the three 27,000 t.p.a. production lines at Scarlino remained closed between April 2012 and August 2013. Target pigment production at Scarlino for full-year 2014 is 70,000 tonnes.
