There were a few one-off items shown in the accounts.In April 2005,Kronos sold its 10% minority shareholding in Tinfos Titan & Iron (TTI,operator of the Tyssedal ilmenite smelter in western Norway).The value of the transaction was US 5.439 million,consisting of US 3.542 million cash plus US 1.897 million as raw materials inventory.
