INDIA:CMRL Operations at Benilite Synrutile Plant Hit by HC1 Supply Shortfall

For the year to end-March 2007,CMRL reported post-tax profit at InRp 89 million on sales of InRp 971 million.This is equivalent to about US 2.25 million on US 24.3 million.Synrutile production and sales tonnages were not disclosed,but the Edayar plant was believed to be running at or slightly above nameplate capacity throughout the year.
