MAP to sponsor brake safety week

FALLS CHURCH, Va.-The Motorist Assurance Program (MAP) is sponsoring its third annual Brake Safety Awareness Week, Aug. 23-29.MAP, a consumer outreach effort of the Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association, will encourage consumers to stop at any of the more than 8,000 MAP participating shops for a brake and related under-car inspection.
