MONROVIA, Calif.—China Manufacturers Alliance L.L.C (CMA) will launch the "Duraturn" brand as a full tire line—passenger, light truck, trailer and medium truck— at the upcoming International Tire Exhibition & Conference-Tire Dealers/Auto Service (ITEC) Aug. 20-22 in Orlando, Fla.
