BTU International, Inc. has received two awards from Advanced Packaging magazine at the SEMICON West exhibition in San Francisco, California. The first award recognized the PYRAMAX 100 reflow system as the top product in the reflow equipment category. The second award was for innovation and was voted on by attendees at the exhibition. The winner in this category was the PYRAMAX 75, which was introduced to the semiconductor packaging industry at the Semicon West show.
