ATLANTA,USA -RubberNetwork will open a new office,its fifth in total,in Shanghai in early 2005.The news follows the recent announcement that the consortium,owned by nine of the tire industry's biggest players,achieved sourcing savings of USus105 million for its members in 2004,a 10 per cent improvement on 2003's figure.
