TOKYO-Yokohama has opened a new US10 million tire plant on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam.Planned full operation is 1.3 million tires a year,comprising bias tires for light trucks.motorcycle tires,bias tires for industrial vehicles,and mini spare tires for the Vietnamese market and Japan."We began production in Vietnam 10 years ago.The opening of the new plant in this country will produce more momentum for continued growth."
