Kansai Completed Thermal Coal Procurements For FH FY 2005

Kansai Electric Power completed procurements of thermal coal to be consumed in the fist half (April-September) of the fiscal year 2005. There remain several contracts striding over two fiscal years starting in the last summer for Australian and Indonesian coals, which, supplemented by new contracts starting in April this year, cover almost all the fuel procurements for consumption till September this year. However, vessels allocation schedule remains to be set up from now.
