Amcor Acquires Marfred Industries

Amcor Packaging Distribution (APD), Buena Park, Calif., has acquired Marfred Industries, one of the largest independently owned corrugated manufacturing, folding carton manufacturing, and packaging distribution services in the U.S. Marfred has six locations in California. Terms were not disclosed.
